He's a Crunchy nut... advert showing man riding dog sparks fury

Man riding a dog sparks fury, but not a movie about our president being assassinated ? Go figure.
Breakfast food company Kellogg's has come under fire from animal lovers furious about a television advert showing a man riding a dog like a horse.

Nearly 100 complaints have been made against the new Crunchy Nut Cornflakes advert, which shows a very small man finishing work and riding home on the back of an Irish Wolfhound.

Dog lovers say the behaviour in the scene is cruel and could be copied by children.

That makes sense to me for the public to get upset with what people do to dogs, since dogs are their loyal friends, because they will never argue, challenge or disagree with them.

Have you ever noticed how people after someone has died all of a sudden become experts on what the deceased person would do and think if they were still alive? The dead can’t argue, challenge or disagree with them either.

And that is what they want when it comes to Presidents that don’t do exactly what they want or think they want at a given time.

I'm a dog lover (mine is 15 years old) if that's not part of a family, I don't know what is. But my priorities for complaining are 1 - Lack of respect for my family 2 - Lack of respect for my country (including the current persident (even Clinton) the flag etc.)
3 - lack of respect for a dog.

I will add that in no way do I condone any type of cruelty to animals. And I hope if the parents are doing their job, they have instilled the same in their children.

What I was saying was that people should respect all forms of human life first. Be it people they agree with or people they are totally opposed to.

Unfortunately that statement “Man riding a dog sparks fury, but not a movie about our president being assassinated? Go figure.” showed that some people rank a dog’s life as more important than a human’s. I am not one of them. Humans still come first no matter what. My thoughts were based more on how some people hate a fellow human being like the president, not whether people like or dislike a dog.

You can consider a dog part of your family if you wish, but the true definition of family relates to humans only and does not include dogs, cats or gold fish.

And the correct ranking should be God, people and then other animals.

P.S. I do respect your family, my country and all forms of life from God.
